Sihi, Tehsil Manesar, Dist. Gurgaon, Haryana vide Agreement for Assignment of Development Rights dated 12th July, 2013 from M/s.Real Town Properties Private Limited, (Original Developer) whereby VLPL and the Original Developer are entitled to the beneficial rights in the Project in the ratio of 65% : 35% (VLPL-65% and Original Developer-35%).

M/s. LDF Infrastructure P.Ltd., has nominated the following persons as the Designated Partners for the day to day management and operations of the LLP.
Mr Yogesh Kandhari- Designated Partner- Mr Yogesh Kandhari is an experienced professional who has worked his way up the management chain with years of experience in Garment finishing and dry cleaning industry. He has been working as a management consultant after serving STEFAB, India' largest manufacturer and importer of laundry and garment finishing machines for almost 2 decades. As a management consultant, he has worked closely with diferent verticals of local and international business groups establishing their brands and competencies.
Mr Som Nath Munjal- Designated Partner - Mr Som Nath Munjal has been an enterpreneur with over 20 years of experience in the filed of sales, marketing and business administration. He has worked in key executive positions of various organisations that he has co owned. He has been a partner with Impulse marketing which is one of the largest publication marketing and distibution company in India and was instrumental in setting up its marketing offices in different nations. With interest and large investments in real estate Mr Som Nath Munjal has moved back from UAE permanently to ensure that the projects undertaken are completed smoothly.
Mr Manik Gulati- Chief Operations Officer- Mr Manik Gulati is an M COM, MBA graduate who started his career in the banking industry. He had a successful 17 years stint with leading MNC banks like HSBC, Standard Charted in different roles and reponsibilities. His core strength during his tenure with banks was in creating new marketing models and plans for different sectors (Information Technology, Banking, Wealth management, Real estate advisory as well as F&B). He turned enterpeneur since then and has initiated multiple profitable business enterprises. His understanding and knowledge of business and best practices is a testament to his ability and hard work. His core strength lies in wealth management, financial management, business restructuring, banking, investment advisory.
Mr Manoj Goel- DGM- PROJECTS- Mr. Manoj Goel has a working experience of 21 years in the field of construction and development. His core areas of strength and competence are Planning and Execution & Project management. He has worked across different verticals of real estate development and executed large townships, commercial projects, industrial units and large residential projects. . His key skills are in Project control, Progress monitoring, construction management, contract management, project estimation, construction site supervsion and inspection and project safety, Mr manoj is the man on the ground to execute the project.
