Venetian LDF Projects LLP, is a fully owned subsidary of LDF Infrastructures Private Limited which has been set up for undertaking a development of a commercial real estate project at Sector 83 Gurgaon on an area admeasuring 2.3625 acres in the revenue estate of Vill. Sihi, Tehsil Manesar, Dist. Gurgaon, Haryana vide Agreement for Assignment of Development Rights dated 12th July, 2013 from M/s.Real Town Properties Private Limited, (Original Developer) whereby VLPL and the Original Developer are entitled to the beneficial rights in the Project in the ratio of 65% : 35% (VLPL-65% and Original Developer-35%).
